Second Stage

In the second stage of the competition the top three teams in the A and B pools will be placed in the C pool, and the bottom two will be placed in the D pool. Each team will then play the teams in its pool which they have not already played. The results of the matches between teams which are in the same pool and have already played will be carried forward, and standings in the final pools will be determined by the matches between the teams in those pools. First stage results against teams allocated to the other final pool will be disregarded in the final standings, except in the event of a tie-break being necessary.
