| Default on board 1 due to phone. I am advised by more knowledgeable members of Kenilworth Chess Club that as the phone interruption occurred after the game had started the result should be counted as a win for Stuart Blaiklock and not as a default.. I believe that Stuart's opponent was Peter Leggett..Could you confirm that this a correct interpretation of the rules and what further action, if any, needs to be taken.
